وكانت اللجنة المشتركة قد اجتمعت اليوم في فيينا، لاستئناف مفاوضات إعادة إحياء الاتفاق النووي الإيراني.
وفي ختام اجتماع مجموعة «4+1»، أعلن كبير المفاوضين الإيرانيين عباس عراقجي، أن «المعلومات التي وصلتنا من الجانب الأميركي، أنهم أيضاً جادون بشأن العودة إلى الاتفاق النووي، وحتى الآن أعلنوا عن استعدادهم لرفع جزء كبير من عقوباتهم»، إلّا أنه استدرك، بالقول: «لكن هذا ليس كافياً من وجهة نظرنا، ومن ثم فإن المباحثات ستستمر حتى تُلبى كلّ مطالبنا».

وبعد انتهاء اجتماع اللجنة المشتركة، أفاد المبعوث الروسي إلى فيينا، ميخائيل أوليانوف، عبر «تويتر»، بأن المشاركين اتفقوا «على ضرورة تكثيف العملية». وقال: «يبدو أن الوفود مستعدة للبقاء في فيينا طالما كان ذلك ضرورياً لتحقيق الهدف».
